1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Hi-Car Rider App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Hi-Car

To use the Hi-Car Rider App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Create an account using accurate personal and contact information
• Have a valid payment method linked to your account

3. Service Overview

Hi-Car connects riders with EV drivers through the app. We facilitate transportation services but do not directly provide transportation ourselves. All vehicles on the platform are electric and operated by licensed Hi-Car Drivers.

4. Requesting a Ride

Rides are requested via the mobile app:

• Fares are calculated based on distance, demand, and time
• Your fare estimate is provided before confirming a ride
• Once a ride is accepted, real-time tracking is enabled

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payment and cancellation policies:

• You agree to pay the full fare displayed in the app upon completion of the trip
• Payment methods include wallet, debit/credit card, or other integrated channels
• You may cancel a ride within 2 minutes of booking without penalty
• Cancellations made after 2 minutes or once a driver is en route may incur a cancellation fee
• No-show penalties may apply

6. Rider Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat drivers with respect
• Avoid any form of harassment, violence, or abuse
• Follow all safety instructions, including wearing seatbelts
• Refrain from carrying prohibited items or animals without driver consent
• Hi-Car reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations

7. Ratings and Feedback

After each trip, riders are encouraged to rate one another. This helps maintain a safe and respectful environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hi-Car is not liable for:

• Lost items during trips
• Delays or service disruptions due to external factors
